Najjemba Dennis currently serves as the Chief People Officer for KIPP Capital Region Public Schools since October 2021, having held multiple roles in the organization including Managing Director of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Najjemba worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Director of Human Resources at Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth from July 2017 to February 2022. Najjemba's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at NYSUT from January 2009 to July 2017 and as a Human Resources Generalist at the Center for Disability Services from May 2004 to January 2009. Najjemba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology/Business Communications from SUNY Oneonta, earned between 1999 and 2003.
