Bridget Flores is a multilingual case manager and educator with experience in teaching and managing programs for English learners. Bridget has worked in various roles, including as a second grade teacher, a first grade teacher, a community outreach coordinator, a crisis intervention specialist, and a shelter operations manager. Bridget has a Bachelor's Degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Currently, Bridget is employed at KIPP Chicago, where Bridget oversees the Multilingual Learner program and teaches new-to-country Spanish-speaking students while advocating for multilingual families.
