Daja Brooks

Daja Brooks is an experienced educator currently serving as a 6th grade ELA Teacher and Special Education Paraprofessional at KIPP Chicago since August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Teacher's Aide at KIPP Texas Public Schools from August 2019 to July 2020. Daja Brooks is pursuing a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching & Education Technology at Purdue University, expected to complete in June 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Xavier University of Louisiana obtained in May 2020. Daja Brooks’ educational background also includes attendance at DRW College Prep (2012-2016) and KIPP Ascend Charter (2009-2012).
