Lauren McGuire (Paul)

Lauren (Paul) McGuire has a range of experience in the education field. Lauren started their career as a 2011 Corps Member for Teach for America and later worked as a Founding Teacher for 5th Grade Math at Chicago Collegiate Charter School. Lauren also served as a Math Specialist and Instructional Coach at the same school. McGuire then joined Fulcrum Education Solutions as a Curriculum Developer for a brief period. Lauren later joined KIPP Chicago and held various roles including 5th Grade Math Teacher + Content Lead, Math Interventionist + Content Lead, Math Achievement Director, and currently serves as the Managing Director of Data Analytics and Engineering. Additionally, they worked for Great Minds as a Fellows and Seasonal Professional Development Associate.

Lauren (Paul) McGuire pursued their education in a chronological manner. Their educational journey started in 2007 at Marquette University, where they completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Human Resources and Finance. In 2009, they briefly attended the University of Galway, focusing on Business Management and Irish History. Lauren returned to formal education again in 2020 at Elmhurst University, obtaining a Master's degree in Data Science, which they completed in 2022.
