Sashai Jasper

Sashai Jasper is an experienced educator and recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and student support. Currently serving as a Recruiter at KIPP Chicago since July 2021, Sashai plays a pivotal role in community service and collaboration with change agents. Previously, Sashai held multiple positions at OneGoal, including Director of Secondary Partnerships and Director of Teacher Support, while also serving as a High School English Teacher at Chicago Public Schools from August 2011 to March 2017. Earlier experiences include working as an AVID Coach for Chicago Public Schools and teaching at Fordham High School for the Arts in the Bronx as part of the NYC DOE's TFA Corps. Sashai's educational background includes a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
