Megan Goldsberry

Megan Goldsberry currently serves as the Managing Director of High Schools at KIPP Colorado Public Schools, focusing on principal development and strategic school improvements. Previously, Megan spent over a decade at YES Prep Public Schools, where roles included Director of Teacher Initiatives, Manager of Instructional Leadership, and School Principal, contributing to the vision and implementation of teacher evaluation systems, professional development, and student success initiatives. Prior experience includes teaching and leadership positions at IDEA Public Schools and participation in Teach for America. Megan holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
