Sara Sarff, SPHR, serves as an HR Manager at KIPP Colorado Public Schools since March 2022, also having held the position of Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes consulting in business, marketing, and organizational leadership at Turtle Dreams, LLC from December 2018 to January 2021, and working as an Administrative Assistant at GE Renewable Energy from September 2019 to August 2020. Sara began a sales career at Verizon, where tenure lasted from March 2013 to June 2018 as a Solutions Manager Sales Representative, and also worked as an Account Manager at American Eagle Distribution from September 2012 to June 2013. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and an Associate of Science in Business Marketing from Normandale Community College.

KIPP Colorado Schools is a local network of free, college-preparatory public charter schools whose mission is to equip our students with the academic skills and character strengths necessary to succeed in college and the competitive world beyond. Since opening our first school in Southwest Denver in 2002, KIPP Colorado has grown to operate five schools in some of Denver's most underserved neighborhoods.
