Katie Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Katie is currently working at KIPP Columbus as the Director of Recruitment and previously served as the Senior Director of Staff. Prior to their time at KIPP Columbus, Katie worked at HOPE Christian Schools, where they held the roles of Founding Principal, Founding Dean of Students, and 3rd Grade Teacher and Grade Level Chair. Before that, they were involved with Indiana University Bloomington, where they were a National Residence Hall Honorary Member and served as the Residence Halls Association President. Katie also worked at Teach For America as a Corp Member Advisor and Elementary Content Team Leader.

Katie Lambert has a strong educational background in the field of education and psychology. Katie obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington in 2011. During their time at Indiana University, they focused their studies on the intersection of psychology and criminal justice.

Following their undergraduate studies, Katie pursued further education at Marquette University from 2011 to 2013. Katie successfully completed their Master's degree in Educational Policy and Leadership, further honing their skills and knowledge in the field of education.

Additionally, Katie holds a Wisconsin Teaching License 777 Regular Education, Middle Childhood to Early Adolescence (ages 6-13) issued by the Department of Public Instruction. This certification attests to their proficiency in teaching and managing students in the specified age group.
