Aaron Hampton

Aaron Hampton rejoined KIPP DC this month as director of communications and marketing. Aaron has more than a decade of experience in the communications and marketing arena, including tenure with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), WBAL NewsRadio, and Sirius XM. Aaron is excited to rejoin the KIPP DC team and family, having previously supported KIPP DC students, families, and staff as senior manager of communications and marketing from 2018-2021. Aaron is a proud graduate of Virginia State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys chasing around his 11-month old daughter Maddox, hanging out with his fiancée and cheering on his beloved Atlanta Braves.
