Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at KIPP KC oversees and coordinates the overall strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. The Managing Director of School Operations ensures smooth day-to-day functions across campuses, the President provides visionary leadership and organizational management, and the Managing Director of Finance & Reporting handles financial planning, budgeting, and compliance reporting. Together, they drive KIPP KC's mission to provide high-quality education from elementary to high school.
