Dr. Donald Rucker

Dr. Donald Rucker has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Principal at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools since June 2014. Prior roles at the same institution include Assistant Principal, Curriculum Coordinator, and Lead Teacher. Prior to joining KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools, Donald Rucker worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Butler County Schools from August 2012 to May 2014. Academically, Donald Rucker holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in School Improvement from the University of West Georgia (2015-2018), a Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching from The University of West Alabama (2013-2014), and a degree in Child Development with Teacher Licensure from Maryville College (2008-2012).
