Matthew Leftwich

Matthew Leftwich is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in academic data and leadership roles within KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools, where positions held include Senior Academic Data Specialist, Head of Academics, High School Achievement Director, Secondary Math Achievement Director, and Secondary Math Specialist since July 2018. Prior to this, Matthew served as Assistant Principal and Math Teacher at Rowe-Clark Math & Science Academy under the Noble Network of Charter Schools from August 2010 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes Math Teacher at Atlanta Public Schools from June 2007 to July 2010 and serving as a Corps Member with Teach for America. Matthew began a career in leadership as President and General Manager at WVBR-FM from April 2006 to March 2007. Educational attainment includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science, Systems, & Technology from Cornell University, completed in 2007.
