Mini’imah Shaheed was an assistant principal at Gwinnett County Public Schools from 2007 to 2011. Mini’imah is currently the CEO of KIPP Metro Atlanta.

Mini’imah Shaheed attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts. Mini’imah then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Agnes Scott College.
