Risse Aldave

Risse Aldave has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Tutor at Applerouth Tutoring Services since October 2019 and as a Mathematics Teacher at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools since July 2017, where responsibilities include developing rigorous curriculum, managing multiple classes, and providing targeted support for students with diverse needs. Prior experience includes serving as a Geometry Teacher at KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate from August 2013 to June 2017 and a Tutor/Biology TA at Match Charter Public High School from August 2012 to June 2013. Risse Aldave holds a Master of Effective Teaching in Secondary Education from Charles Sposato Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Recognized for facilitating high student achievement and engaging with families, Risse Aldave also held additional roles such as assistant varsity softball coach and faculty advisor for the National Honor Society.
