Nicole Boykins

Nicole Boykins, Ed.D., is an accomplished educator currently serving as the Founding School Principal at KIPP New Orleans since May 2018. Prior to this role, Boykins held the position of Principal at New Orleans College Prep from July 2013 to February 2022 and has experience as a Teacher and Instructional Manager. Earlier in the career, Boykins worked as a 1st Grade Teacher and TAP Mentor Teacher at Lawrence D Crocker Arts and Technology from August 2009 to 2013. Academically, Boykins holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Xavier University of Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
