Ana Marinovic

Associate Director, Data & Evaluation at KIPP Northern California

Ana Marinovic has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Most recently, they worked as an Associate Director of Data & Evaluation at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since June 2022.

Prior to that, Ana held multiple positions at the NYC Department of Education. From May 2020 to April 2022, they served as the Lead Analytics and Reporting Specialist in the Division of Early Childhood Education's Data & Analytics team. Ana was responsible for analyzing and reporting data related to early childhood education programs. Before that, they were a Senior Data Analyst from March 2019 to May 2020 and a Data Analyst from January 2018 to March 2019 in the same division. Ana also worked as a Data Consultant from February 2017 to January 2018, where they partnered with researchers and stakeholders to restructure staff allocation, optimized data collection and reporting, and supported external reporting.

Ana has previous experience as a Survey Analyst at Hillary for America in 2016. Ana also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences from January 2016 to May 2016.

Ana's work experience also includes positions such as Senior Manager at Harvard University's Lamont Library Cafe from December 2012 to May 2016, Summer Analyst at The Commit! Partnership in 2015, Resident Proctor at Harvard University's Summer School Program in 2014, Research Assistant at Harvard University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences in late 2013, and Research Assistant at Harvard University's W. E. B. Du Bois Research Institute from January 2013 to August 2013.

Ana Marinovic attended Harvard University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Studies. In addition, they participated in a summer study abroad program at Universidad de León in 2013, focusing on the study of Spanish.
