Annie Weaver

Annie Weaver has a diverse and extensive work experience. Annie worked as an Associate Director of Talent at KIPP Public Schools Northern California from 2018 until the present, where they led the talent acquisition process and streamlined hiring tools to reduce the time-to-hire. Annie effectively sourced, recruited, and built relationships with prospective candidates.

Prior to that, Annie served as the Director of Talent Process Improvement at HandsOn Bay Area from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they provided guidance on growth and continuous improvement practices, managed onboarding and exit interviews, and led the organization through a reorganization process. Annie also served as an Associate Director of Programs from 2008 to 2016, managing relationships with major corporate clients and executing volunteer events.

Annie's work experience also includes serving as a Corps Member for AmeriCorps NCCC in 2006. During their 10-month service, they worked as a teaching assistant in a Bronx elementary school, developed and ran an afterschool program, and managed and trained volunteer teams in Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts.

Annie Weaver attended Saint Mary's College High School from 1997 to 2001. Annie then went on to study at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a B.A. degree in American Studies.
