Brittany Long, M.A. has a diverse work experience. Brittany currently works as a College/Career/Social Emotional Learning Educator at KIPP Public Schools Northern California. Prior to this role, they were a School Counseling Intern at San Benito High School. From 2018 to 2021, Brittany worked as a Mindfulness and S.E.L. Education Teacher at Merryhill Schools. Brittany also has experience as an After School Teacher at Merryhill Elementary and Middle School from 2016 to 2019. In 2017, they worked briefly as a Mental Health Worker at Casa Fremont. Before pursuing a career in education, Brittany gained experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Front Desk Agent at Commune Hotels + Resorts from 2014 to 2015 and as a Hostess and Server at Carmel Valley Ranch from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as an After School Teacher at Small World School from 2015 to 2015.

Brittany Long, M.A. obtained their Master's degree in School Counseling from Brandman University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a 200-hour wellness and yoga teacher training program at Breathe for Change in 2017. In 2014 to 2016, Brittany attended San Jose State University, specializing in Psychology. Before that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Hartnell College between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, Brittany holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from Brandman University.
