Edward Rosa

Edward Rosa has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Content Specialist at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Dean of Culture at Voices College-Bound Language Academies from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they were a Zone Recall Coordinator at American Honda Motor Company, overseeing a large automotive recall and improving documentation systems. From 2014 to 2018, Edward worked as a Teacher at Rocketship Public Schools, focusing on improving educational outcomes in a low socioeconomic community through data analysis and curriculum design. Before that, they were a Bilingual Telephone Interviewer at San Jose State University, conducting surveys and training new interviewers. Edward also worked as an Intern at the State of California, where they conducted community outreach and researched policies. In 2013, Edward was a Customer Service Representative at SILLA AUTOMOTIVE, LLC, achieving high sales and customer acquisition numbers. Lastly, they worked as a Bilingual Teacher's Assistant at Los Angeles Unified School District, overseeing the physical education program and engaging with parents through translation services and effective communication.

Edward Rosa completed their high school education at Culver City High School from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they attended Santa Monica College from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Social and Behavioral Sciences. Their educational journey continued at San Jose State University from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Political Science in the field of Social Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Edward obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In February 2011, they attained a Bilingual Certification in Spanish from the Los Angeles Unified School District. Later, in June 2017, they obtained a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the Reach Institute for School Leadership.
