Gilbert Borrayo

Gilbert Borrayo is a Business Operations Manager at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since August 2025, and concurrently serves as a Fellow Coach in Leadership, Community Organizing, and Action at Stanford University, where responsibilities include coaching over 120 students and leading a team for campus organizing campaigns. Borrayo previously held the position of Lead Education Organizer at Rocketship Public Schools from July 2023 to August 2025, managing successful renewals for board hearings with over 500 participants. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Recruiter and Interim Dean of Culture, Engagement & Enrollment, as well as Community Ambassador at ACE Charter Schools from July 2019 to June 2023. Education was completed at De Anza College.
