Joseph Mancini

Joseph Mancini has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Joseph started their career in 2003 as a Manager - Equity Trade Support at Morgan Stanley, where they worked until 2009.

From 2010 to 2012, Joseph worked as a Financial Risk Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, specializing in ETF and SWAPS trading.

Joseph then transitioned into the field of education, joining the NYC Department of Education as a 7th Grade Mathematics Teacher and Math Department Leader from 2012 to 2015. During this time, Joseph achieved significant improvements in state testing math results.

In 2015, Joseph joined KIPP NYC as a 5th Grade Lead Math Teacher and Curriculum Modifier, where they were responsible for curriculum development and differentiation for Tier 3 students.

In 2016, Joseph took on the role of Assistant Principal at KIPP:Prize Preparatory Academy in San Jose, CA, where they managed and coached 11 teachers and led content development for science and math departments.

Joseph's interest in fitness led him to become a Crossfit Coach and Instructor at CROSSFIT KINDRED in 2021. Joseph obtained their Crossfit Level 1 certificate and successfully coached and supported members in achieving their fitness goals.

In 2023, Joseph became a Talent Recruitment Manager at KIPP Public Schools Northern California, focusing on recruiting top talent for the organization.

Joseph Mancini began their education at the University of Maryland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from 1999 to 2003. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Relay Graduate School of Education from 2012 to 2014. There, they obtained a Master's in the Art of Teaching with Distinction, specializing in Secondary Math Education. Alongside their academic qualifications, Joseph has also obtained additional certifications. These include Adult, Child and Infant CPR/AED from ProTrainings, which they obtained in November 2022, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification from CrossFit, Inc., obtained in February 2020.
