Julie Mattoon has a strong background in special education program management. Julie started their career as a Program Administrator at BASIS Charter School, where they were a founding member of the administrative team and played a role in developing educational goals, policies, and procedures for the school. Julie then worked as the Director of Special Programs at Fame Public Charter School, where they oversaw special education initiatives. Most recently, Julie worked as the Director of Special Education at KIPP Public Schools, where they focused on preparing students with disabilities for lifelong learning and employment.
