Mackenzie Ayers has a strong background in the education sector, with experience in policy, advocacy, community engagement, and operations management. Mackenzie is currently working at KIPP Public Schools Northern California as the Director of Policy, Advocacy, and Community Engagement, where they are responsible for supporting the organization's political and advocacy strategy, building relationships with school districts, and ensuring charter renewals for all schools. Prior to this, Ayers worked at Success Academy Charter Schools, where they held various roles such as Regional Director, School and Operations Management, Business Operations Manager, Community Relations Manager, and Community Relations Coordinator.
