Sumayyah Naguib

Sumayyah Naguib serves as the Dean of School Culture at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since July 2019, previously holding the position of Grade Level Chair. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Teacher at KIPP DC from July 2018 to June 2019 and as a Founding Teacher at Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys from August 2015 to June 2018. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. Additional experience encompasses participation in Teach For America, serving as a Programs Coordinator for the Department of Equity and Inclusion, and acting as Communications Director for the Arab Recruitment and Retention Center.
