Yaneli Hu

Yaneli Hu has a range of teaching experience. Yaneli started as a Teacher Assistant at E. Roosevelt Elementary School in 2014 and worked there until 2015. Following that, they became a Student Teacher at Vancouver Public Schools from 2015 to 2016. After that, Yaneli worked as a Lead Teacher at KIPP SoCal Public Schools from 2016 until 2022. Currently, they are a Lead Teacher at KIPP Public Schools Northern California starting in 2022.

Yaneli Hu has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development, from Washington State University. Yaneli then went on to acquire a Master's Degree in Teaching from the University of Portland. Additionally, Yaneli holds various certifications including National Board Certification (Early Childhood/Generalist) from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, CPR AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (Clear) from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and a Washington State Teaching Credential from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
