Chrystal Griffin

Chrystal Griffin has been with KIPP NYC since July 2009, initially serving as a Reading Teacher before advancing to roles such as Instructional Coach, Principal, and currently, Managing Director since July 2015. Chrystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Michigan State University (2001-2005) and furthered education with a degree in Secondary Education and Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University (2005-2007).
