Dr. Shenequa Foulks

Dr. Shenequa Foulks currently serves as an Assistant Principal at High Schools since June 2022 and as Dean of Teaching and Learning at KIPP NYC since 2018. With extensive experience in education, Dr. Foulks focuses on improving student achievement, instructional leadership, and maintaining a positive school culture. Previous roles include Educator and Instructional Coach at Broward County Schools, Assistant Principal at Democracy Prep Public Schools, and Writing Curriculum Support Specialist at the Education Transformation Office. Dr. Foulks holds a Doctor of Education in Teaching and Curriculum from Northcentral University and is pursuing educational leadership at Bank Street College of Education. Academic background includes a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Biology from Florida institutions.
