Eileen L. Lambert

Eileen L. Lambert possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Managing Director of Human Resources, Employee Experience at KIPP NYC since June 2018, where leadership encompasses advising over 100 leaders within a large charter school network and implementing scalable staff development and retention initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at KIPP NYC, focusing on employee relations, engagement strategies, and inclusion initiatives. Eileen's background also includes significant experience at Verizon Wireless in various HR leadership positions, achieving high retention rates and successful talent acquisition, as well as teaching experience as an adjunct professor at The College of New Rochelle. Eileen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morgan State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Mercy University.
