Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams, M.Ed, currently serves as the Student Services Coordinator at KIPP NYC, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah gained extensive experience at Capital Preparatory Charter Schools, where responsibilities included Senior Special Education Specialist, Founding Response To Intervention Coordinator, and Founding Special Education Team Lead from July 2020 to August 2024. Previous roles also include Academic Intervention Coordinator at Atmosphere Academy Public Charter School and Elementary Educator at Brilla Public Charter Schools. Starting in August 2015, Sarah worked as an Elementary Education Specialist ICT at Hyde Leadership Public Charter School, collaborating with a team to enhance student outcomes in reading and math. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director at the International Academy of Arts and Sciences, where Sarah supported educational program development and training. Sarah holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Dominican University New York and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Elementary Special Education Programs from the School of Visual Arts.
