Dontae Booth

Dontae Booth currently serves as the Director of School Safety and Neighborhood Partnerships at KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Dontae worked as the Director of Safety, Security, and Health at KIPP Philadelphia and as a Security Forces Specialist in the Air National Guard. Additional experience includes positions such as Assistant Director of Public Safety at Collegium Charter School and Dean of School Culture at KIPP Philadelphia Schools. Dontae has also worked as a DREAM Coach at Democracy Prep Public Schools, a Youth Victim Counselor with The Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia, and a Crime Analyst at Ozitus International Inc. Education includes attendance at Temple University and the Community College of the Air Force.
