KIPP Philadelphia Schools
Her passion for schools, operations, and doing whatever it takes to maximize student outcomes led her to serve as KIPP West Philadelphia Prep’s Director of Operations for nine years. Prior to KIPP, she served as a Site Director with the University of Pennsylvania’s Netter Center for Community Partnerships and Sayre High School in West Philadelphia. Patrice worked with Penn’s Upward Bound college preparatory program and at Teach For America as the Director of Institute Operations, the Director of Institute Support, and is a former corps member.
Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a concentration in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She also has a Master of Science in Public Administration with a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and a Master of Science in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, Patrice enjoys volunteering at local organizations and serving as a Wish Granter with the Make a Wish Foundation.
