Shayla C. currently serves as a Principal in Residence at KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools, having previously held roles such as Assistant Principal and Senior Assistant Principal. With a diverse background in education spanning over a decade, Shayla's experience includes founding the 5th Grade ELA and Grade Level Chair positions at Mastery Schools, where significant student growth was achieved through data-driven instruction and individualized support.
