Brittany Estrada has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Brittany started their career as a Science Teacher and Department Chair at the Pasadena Unified School District from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked as an Education Policy Coordinator at the Alliance for a Better Community for a year. From 2011 to 2017, Brittany served as a Program and Policy Development Advisor at the Los Angeles Unified School District. Brittany then joined Alliance College-Ready Public Schools as the Vice President of Performance Management, where they worked from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Brittany holds the position of Vice President of Organizational Strategy and Design at the KIPP Foundation.
Brittany Estrada completed their Master of Arts - MA degree in Educational Leadership at the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems from 2018 to 2020. Brittany also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Urban Education Administration and Policy from Loyola Marymount University, as well as a Preliminary Single Subject Teaching Credential in Biology from the same institution. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of San Diego.
