Tricia Noyola

Tricia Noyola serves as the Regional Superintendent at KIPP Foundation, providing coaching and support to Executive Directors and CEOs across KIPP regions to foster impactful, equity-centered school systems. Prior experience includes successful leadership as Chief Executive Officer at Rocky Mountain Prep, where a merger led to significant improvements in financial, operational, and academic outcomes. Noyola previously served as Chief Executive Officer at STRIVE Prep while also holding various leadership roles at IDEA Public Schools, including Executive Director, Senior Vice President of Schools, and Principal, achieving substantial enrollment growth and academic gains. An educator trained at Teach For America, Noyola has a strong background in talent recruitment, curriculum design, and professional development, complemented by advanced degrees in education and ongoing doctoral studies at the University of Southern California.
