Alan Gaines

Alan Gaines has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Alan is currently the owner of My Brother's Teacher LLC since January 2018. Previously, Alan worked as an author and motivational speaker at Book Bags & Boots LLC starting in December 2017. Before that, they were a Lead Teacher CLP at KIPP LA Schools from January 2015 onwards. Prior to that, Alan was an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Lighthouse College Prep Academy starting in June 2014. Their teaching career began in 2008 at GEO Foundation, where they worked as a Middle School Math Teacher until June 2014.

Alan Gaines attended Tougaloo College from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
