Allicia Martinez

Allicia Martinez has worked in various roles within the operations and human resources field. In 2015, they began working at the Little Italy Association as a Human Resource and Operations Manager. Allicia then moved on to New City America/Little Italy Association, where they served as an HR Manager/Special Projects from September 2015 to March 2019. In 2019, Allicia joined KIPP SoCal Public Schools as an Associate Director of Operations and later took on additional responsibilities as the Associate Director of Operations & Human Resources at KIPP SoCal.

From 2006 to 2012, Allicia Martinez attended San Diego State University, where they obtained a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, and Single Subject Teaching Credential. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on Art History, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Fine Art.
