Ashlee Fletcher

Ashlee Fletcher has a diverse work experience in the education and non-profit sectors. Ashlee started their career in 2009 as a Senior AmeriCorps Member at City Year, where they worked until 2011. Ashlee then transitioned into a Program Manager role at City Year, handling various responsibilities from July 2012 to June 2015. Following this, Ashlee served as a Regional Recruitment Manager at City Year for two years before being promoted to Regional Recruitment Director in June 2017. In July 2019, they joined KIPP SoCal Public Schools as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where they are currently employed.

From 2006 to 2009, Ashlee Fletcher attended Temple University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice.
