Jiobana Hernandez, PHR, has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Jiobana started their career as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at CashCall in October 2011 and held this role until December 2013. Jiobana then joined Veros Credit as a Human Resources Generalist in May 2014 and worked there until May 2015.

In September 2015, Jiobana Hernandez joined KIPP SoCal Public Schools as an HR Generalist. Jiobana excelled in this role and was promoted to a Senior Human Resources Generalist in September 2017.
