Joseph Siasat

Joseph Siasat has a diverse work experience. Joseph started their career at In-N-Out Burger in 2013, where they worked as a Level 6 Associate until 2020. Joseph gained experience in providing exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

In 2018, Joseph joined Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where they held various roles. Joseph started as a Human Resource Intern before becoming a Benefits Assistant. Later, they became an Associate, where they specialized in Leaves, ADA, and Worker's Compensation. Joseph worked in these positions until 2021.

In 2021, Joseph joined Whole Foods Market as a Team Member Services (HR) Generalist. In this role, they served as a business partner to store team leaders, handling HR-related issues such as recruiting, performance management, workplace accommodations, conflict resolution, and learning and development. Joseph also managed workforce administration and conducted sensitive investigations. Joseph worked at Whole Foods Market until 2022.

Currently, Joseph is a Human Resources Partner at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, a position they started in July 2022.

Joseph Siasat graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from California State University, Los Angeles in 2018. Joseph then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Long Beach from 2020 to 2022.
