Kyle Salyer

Kyle Salyer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kyle started their career in 2000 as a Regional Manager at AMEXTRA, where they developed savings and loan products and implemented marketing strategies for a microfinance institution. In 2003, they worked as an Analyst at Madsen, Kneppers, and Associates.

In 2004, Kyle joined MicroCredit Enterprises (MCE) as a Management Fellow and later became the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management, responsible for building MCE's loan portfolio in 15 countries. Kyle then served as the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management from 2008 to 2009, managing MCE's investment activities.

From 2009 to 2010, Kyle worked as an Investment Manager at Gray Ghost Ventures, specifically managing First Light Ventures, the incubator group responsible for seed stage investments in emerging markets.

In 2010, Kyle returned to MicroCredit Enterprises as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations, overseeing financial activities and managing the annual budget.

In 2011, they joined Lifewater International as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors until 2014. During the same period, they also served as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Jacaranda Health.

Starting in 2013, Kyle held various roles at KIPP LA Public Schools, including Director of Finance, Chief of Finance & Operations, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this position, they are responsible for finance and accounting, real estate, HR administration, and legal matters.
