Margaret Gayle Coronel

Margaret Gayle Coronel has a diverse work experience in various roles. Margaret Gayle worked as a Teacher at KIPP SoCal Public Schools from July 2020 to present. Prior to that, they were a Teacher at Greenfield Union School District from April 2016 to June 2020. In 2019, they served as a Site Director at Education Unlimited for three months. In 2018, they worked as an Instructor at Education Unlimited for two months. Margaret also has experience as an Assistant Director at Steve & Kate's Camp in 2017 and as a Summer Experience Coordinator at Steve and Kate's Camp in 2016. Margaret Gayle has also worked as a Behavior Interventionist at Easter Seals Bay Area and as a Preschool Teacher at City of Los Altos, both in 2015. Prior to that, Margaret held various roles at Krispy Kreme from 2012 to 2015, including Shift Supervisor and Retail Sales Associate. Additionally, they worked as a Child Care Provider and CORAL After School Instructor at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County from 2011 to 2015.

Margaret Gayle Coronel has a diverse educational background. Margaret Gayle started their education journey by attending Miriam College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist at the University of Santo Tomas from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Margaret enrolled at San Jose City College and studied Early Childhood Education with a focus on General Studies until 2013. During the same period, they also attended San Jose State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Child and Adolescent Development and a Minor in Special Education and Teaching.

Continuing their passion for education, Margaret enrolled at CalStateTeach in 2017 and completed a Preliminary Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in 2020. Simultaneously, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Special Education and Teaching at Azusa Pacific University, which they are expected to complete in 2020 as well.

Additionally, Margaret is currently pursuing a Teaching Credential in Elementary Education and Teaching at California State University, Los Angeles.
