Rashonda Mitchell

Rashonda Mitchell has a strong background in education, starting with their role as an Elementary School Teacher at Kipp since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Teaching Fellow at Citizen Schools from September 2016 to July 2017. Rashonda also participated in the TEACH Charlotte program with TNTP Teaching Fellows from June 2015 to May 2016. Rashonda began their career as a City Year Americorps member with City Year from July 2014 to May 2015.

Rashonda Mitchell attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2009 to 2014. Rashonda earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
