Cassie Wills

Cassie Wills currently serves as the Director of Advocacy at KIPP Texas Public Schools, a position held since November 2022, after progressing through roles such as Senior Manager of Community Engagement & Advocacy and Regional Manager of Community Impact. Prior experience includes an MSW Internship at Change Happens and the YMCA of Greater Houston's South Texas Office for Refugees, as well as serving as a Residential Counselor at Arrow Child & Family Ministries. Earlier roles include Political Associate at The Bautsch Group, L.L.C. and Press Assistant for the Office of the Governor of Louisiana. Cassie Wills holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Louisiana State University.
