Nazira Handal

Nazira Handal is the current Director of Special Events & Corporate Partnerships at KIPS BAY BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB INC. Nazira has over 10 years of experience in event coordination and fundraising.

Nazira started their career in 2007 as the Senior Manager for Special Events and Individual Giving at El Museo del Barrio. Nazira was responsible for coordinating all in-house events, including exhibitions openings and private rental events. Under their management, revenue from events increased by 40%.

In 2011, Nazira left El Museo del Barrio to join KIPS BAY BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB INC, where they currently oversee all special events and corporate partnerships. During their time at KIPS BAY, they have helped to increase fundraising revenue and build relationships with key partners and donors.

Nazira Handal has a Masters in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University and a B.A. in Psychology from Georgia Southern University.

Nazira Handal works with Sinclair Hollingsworth - Director of Operations, Yasmin Brown - Director of Contracted Services, and Brian Egan - Grants Manager. Nazira Handal reports to Daniel Quintero, Executive Director.
