Keelie Swafford has worked in customer service for most of their professional life. Keelie began their career as a hostess and expo at Maynards Restaurant in November 2014. Keelie then took a position as a guest service representative at Country Inn & Suites in May 2016. In June 2018, they became an intern at Southampton Golf Club in the hospitality and club management department. Keelie left that position in August 2018 to become a customer success representative at Kipsu.
Keelie Swafford attended Rogers High School and then went on to study marketing and marketing management at the University of St. Thomas, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
Their manager is Rachel McNab, Customer Success Manager. They are on a team with Jonny Briones - Customer Success Specialist, Camillo Welch - Customer Success Representative, and Emily Cox - Customer Success Representative.
