Alona Korotaeva

Alona Korotaeva has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alona began their career in 2011 as an Employee under a contract with the Saint-Petersburg Department of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography. After two years, they moved on to work at Intermedia Cloud Communications as a Technical Support Engineer, L1, and later as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, L2.

In 2015, Alona joined Wirex as a Customer Service | Help Center Manager, before being promoted to Support Team Lead the following year. Alona then transitioned to Kipu Health in 2017, where they initially served as a Senior Client Support and eventually became a Senior Product Owner in 2020.

Throughout their career, Alona has gained extensive experience in customer support, technical support, and product ownership.

Alona Korotaeva completed their high school education from English Language School #7 in Perm from the year 2000 to 2010, with a focus on English Language and Literature. Alona then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree from Saint Petersburg State University in the field of Information Technology in Arts and Humanities, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Outlook 2010 from Microsoft in January 2014.
