Clara Aldrich is currently working as an Implementation Engineer, Client Success Manager, and Emr Concierge Support at Kipu Health since March 2021. Prior to this, Clara worked at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. from May 2019 to February 2021 as a PCC, where Clara demonstrated extensive knowledge of the company's products to facilitate cabin sales. Clara also has experience as a Project Manager at Val Gal Waterfront Florida Vacation Rentals from September 2012 to January 2019, overseeing operations, employee coordination, and customer service. Additionally, Clara worked as a Residential Design Project Manager at DDGI Digital Design Group International from April 2016 to October 2018, focusing on upscale home interior design. Clara holds a Black Belt Six Sigma Certification, a degree in Project Management, Business Administration and Management, Interior Design, and Industrial and Product Design. Clara is also a Certified Scrum Master.
