Joey Sparks

Joey Sparks has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and education.

Joey started their career as an English Teacher at Advanced Academics in 2008 and worked there until 2013.

In 2014, they joined Pearson Online & Blended Learning as an English Teacher and continued in that role until 2020.

Joey then transitioned into the field of information security and joined Cricket Health in 2020. Joey held various roles at Cricket Health, including Information Security Intern, Information Security Consultant, and Information Security Risk and Compliance Analyst.

In 2021, they moved to Kipu Health and took up the role of Senior Information Security Risk and Compliance Analyst.

In 2022, Joey was promoted to the position of Information Security Manager.

Joey Sparks has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University. Additionally, they have also received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the same university. In terms of certifications, Joey has obtained the Qualys Certified Specialist certification from Qualys in April 2021 and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in June 2021.
