Mandy McDonald is a seasoned professional in revenue cycle management and medical billing with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as a RCM-Billing Subject Matter Expert Consultant at Kipu Health since September 2023, Mandy leads client discovery processes to identify billing needs and supports sales initiatives that have contributed to an increase of $2M in annual recurring revenue. In addition, Mandy is a Virtual Instructor at the Tennessee Professional Training Institute, teaching medical billing and coding.
