Melissa Guzman

Melissa Guzman has a diverse work experience, starting as an Agent in Guest Port Services at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. in 2013. Melissa then moved on to roles at CLEAR, Miami New Times, and Celebrity Cruises, Inc., before joining Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. again as a Program Coordinator in 2019. Currently, Melissa serves as a Team Lead CRM at Kipu Health, where they previously held roles as a CRM Support Specialist and Client Support Specialist. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on customer service, leadership, and operational support.

Melissa Guzman graduated from Miami Dade College in 2018 with an Associate of Arts degree in Health Services Administration. Melissa then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at Florida International University in 2019. Additionally, Melissa holds certifications as a Certified Wedding and Event Planner from The Bridal Society and as a Special Needs Travel Advocate from Special Needs Group.
